By using FlexiRoom, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

FlexiRoom is a marketplace connecting guests seeking short-term accommodation with PG owners offering vacant rooms for daily or weekly stays. We facilitate discovery and booking requests; we are not a hotel operator and do not own or manage any listed property.

Submitting a booking request through FlexiRoom does not guarantee a room. Availability is confirmed directly by the PG owner. Payment terms, including any advance or check-in payment, are agreed between the guest and PG owner unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation policies may vary by PG. Guests should confirm the specific PG's cancellation terms directly with the owner at the time of booking confirmation.

• Provide accurate property details, pricing, and photos
• Honor confirmed bookings and maintain the safety and cleanliness standards described in the listing
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner

• Provide accurate contact and stay information
• Respect the PG's house rules and property during your stay
• Pay for your stay as agreed with the PG owner

You agree not to use FlexiRoom for any unlawful purpose, to submit false listing or booking information, or to circumvent our platform to avoid applicable fees.

FlexiRoom facilitates connections between guests and PG owners but is not responsible for the condition of any property, disputes between users, or losses arising from a booking. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlexiRoom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
